We all know that we love pets here at your The Isle apartment—and Manayunk does, too! The local neighborhood will show just how much it appreciates its four-legged residents with a full day of pet-friendly (and pet-focused!) activities.

On Aug. 24, walk over to the Levering Lot, just two blocks from your The Isle apartment, with your furry friend for Dog Days of Summer. Manayunk is known for its warm-weather street festivals—and this is one event your pets won’t soon forget! The event features dozens of vendors offering unique pet resources—from clothing boutiques to specialty treat stores to trainers. For those who haven’t yet added a four-legged roommate to their lives, a number of pet-adoption venues will be on site with some adorably adoptable little ones. Grab some new outfits at the festival for your pup and then pop into the pet photo booth for some hilarious family photos.

The fun isn’t just limited to the festival in the lot, however, but rather stretches all along Main Street. A number of shops will feature special Dog Days of Summer sidewalk sales, while food trucks will also line up along the corridor (many offering both adult faves and some selections for pups!). Participate in the “Pup Crawl,” where both you and your pets will be welcomed at a number of bars and restaurants along Main Street for pet-themed drinks.

Your The Isle apartment offers lots of opportunities to get your four-legged friends active and socialized, and this is yet another way to make your little one feel welcomed at home and here in Manayunk.
